Contacting Al Tawakkal
Our office in Musaffah receives enquiries about company setup, lease registration, document attestation and visa processing every working day. The fastest way to a useful answer is to describe the outcome you need and attach whatever paperwork you already hold. A consultant reads the enquiry, checks it against current requirements, and tells you plainly whether we can handle it, what the work involves, and what is still missing.
Before you write to us
Four details save a round of questions: which service you need (or what you are trying to achieve, if you are not sure); whether the file is in a personal name or a company name; where the file currently stands; and any deadline you are working to. Attach scans of what you already have — Emirates ID, trade licence, lease contract, certificate or report — even if they are incomplete.
What happens after you contact us
A consultant reviews the enquiry and confirms the scope in writing or by phone before any work starts. We then list the documents still outstanding, explain which steps happen with which authority, and schedule the submission or appointment. Once a file is complete, copies of everything submitted and received back are returned to you, so you keep a full record of the transaction.

Frequently asked questions
I am not sure which service I need. Describe the situation instead of the service. Most enquiries turn out to need one of three things: a document prepared or attested, a contract registered, or a residency step completed — and the right starting point becomes obvious once the file is described.
Can someone else submit on my behalf? Often, yes, where an authorisation or power of attorney is accepted by the authority handling the file. We confirm whether that applies before you appoint anyone.
Do you work with companies outside Abu Dhabi? Yes. Files can be prepared and reviewed remotely; anything that requires attendance is arranged at the relevant office.
